Information on Daimler Truck User Migration
As of October 17, 2024, the UMAS (User Management After Sales) and CRISP (Customer Registration Independent Service Provider) applications have been separated into two distinct systems for Mercedes-Benz AG and Daimler Truck AG.
This means:
- User accounts and roles have been split between the two organizations.
- Former "shared users" no longer have access to Daimler Truck applications.
To access Daimler Truck applications, it is essential to use the new Daimler Truck ID, which was sent to you via email at the end of September.
This email included:
- Your unique Daimler Truck User ID
- An initial password
Please ensure you use this new ID to log in, as we are implementing a clean separation step by step.
Common Issues and Solutions
Email address already in use:
If your email address is already associated with a Mercedes-Benz AG (MBAG) account, it cannot be used for a Daimler Truck AG (DTAG) account. You will need to provide a new email address for DTAG
Login Problems
If you encounter error messages such as:
- Token errors
- Account not found
- Incorrect password
Please create a ticket via the Help Desk directly on the Daimler Truck Business ID login screen.

If you did not receive your new Daimler Truck User ID email by the end of September or if you have forgotten your ID, please create a ticket via UMAS
